Quiet Moments, Not Just Birth|Ms Tamader & PELFIX

Some missions are not ignited in a single moment, but slowly brewed over the course of time.

Such is the story of Ms Tamader — not driven by one sudden incident, but shaped through years of working as a physical therapist, witnessing scene after scene of women facing pregnancy in solitude, uncertainty, and without enough support.
She began to ask herself — why do we so often wait until the wound appears before seeking help, instead of offering support from the very beginning?

And so, PELFIX was born.

It is not merely a center for pre-, during-, and post-natal recovery — it is a sanctuary. Here, the air carries no pressure of being the “perfect mother,” only the call to remain one’s true self. She works not only to restore the body with her expertise, but also to heal the mind through words, environment, and community. She knows that postpartum depression is not just a chemical reaction — it often stems from forgetting who you are in the midst of a new identity.

We often believe that life changes in a single dramatic moment, like the loud snap of a trigger being pulled.

But the most powerful energy is often like water seeping into stone, or light quietly piercing the night — silent, unseen, yet changing everything.
Only when you look back do you realize that the person you once were has already shifted.

This kind of power is not the roar of a wave, but the daily, gentle nourishment that is always there, helping us grow.

Her philosophy is deeply rooted in the memories of her mother and sister.
She witnessed her mother go through seven pregnancies — seven crossings of body and soul, seven times giving herself entirely to another life.
She saw her sister striving to be the best mother she could be, while still keeping her own self-awareness intact. These experiences showed her that the greatness of women lies not only in the moment of birth, but in the lifelong dialogue they hold with the world and with themselves.

“I keep asking myself — why do I continue to do this? What is the ultimate purpose?”
Perhaps the answer is this — she does not want to see any woman lose herself in the journey of giving life. She hopes that every woman can be cared for, understood, and seen; and that families — especially partners — can truly participate, witness, and offer a deep, quiet form of support.

The meeting of SIFRNONE and Ms Tamader is the crossing of two paths of shared belief.
We believe that every story of women’s strength is a piece of a greater puzzle, forming a more complete human narrative.

As existentialism reminds us — life’s meaning is not given, but created.
At PELFIX, every pregnancy, every recovery, every moment a woman rises again, is an act of creating new meaning for her life.

This — is the power we want to share.
